We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at luxequirevogue@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • You can always contact us for any return questions at luxequirevogue@gmail.com.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at luxequirevogue@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For faulty items, we will typically cover the cost of return shipping.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items or goods marked "Final Sale."

  • Gift cards.

  • [LIST ANY OTHER NON-RETURNABLES, e.g., pierced earrings, custom-made items].

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund (following the process above) and place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 3-5 recommended business days for us to process the refund after receiving your return.

  • It may then take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. This usually takes 5-10 business days.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we notified you of the refund approval, please contact us at luxequirevogue@gmail.com.
